NTP is constantly improving processes and procedures to achieve logistical and customer service excellence. Our Customer Relations department focuses exclusively on providing care to exhibitors, sponsors and attendees. We believe clear and consistent communication with our vendor partners, the facility and all event stakeholders is the key to success.
- Provide pre-show and on-site service and support for both exhibitors and attendees
- Coordinate activities of the General Service Contractor and all vendors
- Manage RFP’s
- Develop rules and regulations
- Floorplan management
- On-site, full-service floor management
- Exhibition time-line development and tracking
- Monthly reporting
- Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Liaison
